A multi-genre dance company

Focused on developing holistic dance skills, technique, leadership, and knowledge

Youth Company is a multi-genre dance company divided into 7 groups based on age and level, yet all have the same focus. A positive and rewarding exploration of dance and performing artistry for blossoming young dancers who are looking to expand upon their knowledge, experience, and passion for dance. Strong emphasis on student choreography, creativity, core dance technique, self discovery, performance, leadership skills, and global community awareness. Students are encouraged to use their art to positively impact the communities around them.

Opportunities for Company Members

Company students are offered opportunities to work with renowned guest choreographers, discover self choreography and workshops for health, nutrition and self care for dancers. Company students are offered additional opportunities to perform in local and off-coast events.

Many of our Youth Company members also compete with the GDC Competition team. Competing is not mandatory for Company Members, but is an option for those interested.
