Ella first started dancing at the age of 3 and has since trained in many different styles of dance including modern, acro, jazz, contemporary, and ballet. Since discovering her love of dance, Ella has become a member of the GDC Youth Performance Company and Pro program. Focusing her training on both classical and contemporary ballet, Ella has completed 11 RAD ballet exams under the direction of Dominique Hutchinson and has enjoyed competing at many competitions both on and off the Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast Nutcracker has also become one of Ella’s favourite Christmas traditions as she looks forward to performing in her 5th season. Ella has experience working with kids from her time assisting dance classes and working as a summer kids camp leader for the Tidepools Aquarium. She is very excited to be joining the GDC faculty as an apprentice instructor this season and can’t wait to share her love of dance with the younger generation.
